What was Café 101 is now Cellar to Glass@101 and the hours and the product have expanded.
Cellar to Glass @101 is open until at least 6pm on every weekday and will offer evening meals beyond that time on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
New owners Andrea Donaldson and George Murphy have extensive industry experience. Andrea previously worked in corporate Hotels in Melbourne and Sydney prior to taking up a management position at Daylesford's renowned Lake House and then as General Manager of the Bentinck. George will be remembered as owner manager of East Trentham's Pig & Whistle. He managed Melbourne
Airport Fine Wines, helped set up Sword's Wines at the Queen Victoria and South Melbourne Markets, and more recently managed Ian Marks Liquor Stores at Woodend and then here in Kyneton.
