International Cool Climate Wine Show 2011

 

The annual International Cool Climate Wine Show, recently held in Mornington, Victoria, promotes the grape varieties and wine styles of cool climate regions.

The trophies, awarded across all classes to the most outstanding, were hotly contested. Congratulations to the growers and makers of the following outstanding cool climate wines, particularly Elgee Park who took out best wine of the show, best white wine of the show and best chardonnay, and Spy Valley, one of Marlborough, New Zealand's leading family owned wine companies, who won three trophies.

The trophy winners were:
