Situated in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula, Yrsa's Vineyard is an easy 1 hour drive from the outskirts of Melbourne and is the home of Ursa Major Wines.
At Yrsa's, meticulously hand pruned grapes grown on the undulating vine covered slopes of the estate get the attention they deserve.
Several of the clones were specifically chosen and imported from France, to match the local climatic and soil conditions. The harvest is carefully hand picked to preserve its individuality. This small lot winemaking allows their insistence on traditional winemaking techniques to bring each vintage of wine to its fullest potential.
