The Taylor family established their vineyard and winery at Auburn in the Clare Valley, South Australia's Mount Lofty Ranges in 1969.
At Taylor's they really believe ‘the wine is everything' and it is this simple mantra which provides the corner stone to their wine-making philosophy and is behind every decision taken within the business.
After more than three decades in the Clare Valley, Taylor's remains proudly family owned and managed under the leadership of third generation winemaker, Mitchell Taylor. An inspired combination of 'old world' estate philosophy and 'new world' winemaking innovation has resulted in the crafting of a range of wines that regularly receive international awards and accolades. Wine lovers know they can trust Taylors to deliver superb quality table wines year after year- the family spare no expense or effort to ensure just that.
The cellar door is located just an hours drive from Adelaide. Winery tours are held each Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday from 11am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 3pm at a cost of $20 per person.
