Silverwood is a small single site vineyard producing quality pinot noir and chardonnay. We are located on the Mornington Peninsula not far from Westernport Bay, on a protected north facing slope.
The unique site is characterised by a cool climate, low fertility soils and a long ripening period. These often difficult conditions produce great pinot noir and chardonnay.
Founded and owned by Paul Dennis, who is passionate about producing the highest possible quality wine, Silverwood's prime focus is on growing premium Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
The vines are all meticulously hand tended and grown under an environmentally sensitive, sustainable philosophy. We strive to produce wines which express the potential of our site – our pinot noir exhibits deep colours, great body and intensity of flavour. The distinctive wines are made under a minimal intervention regime to ensure that the characteristics are true to the site and wines made as naturally as possible.
