Kirrihill is located in Clare, in the Polish Hill River wine region of the Clare Valley, in South Australia's Mount Lofty Ranges.
The vineyards range between 350 and 550 metres above sea level enabling our growers to produce high quality grapes. A higher altitude means a cooler climate with large variations in day and night-time temperatures and more intense sunlight. This in turn leads to a prolonged growing season concentrating the grape's colour and flavours.
Grapes used are sourced from specially selected parcels from Kirribilly Viticulture's 1300 ha of managed vineyards, as well as the Edwards and Stanway families properties in these regions. The quality of the wines is thus no surprise.
