Colourful nutritionist Lola Berry is out to inspire us to 'love real food, have a greater understanding of what you eat and empower you to feel 110%' and her book Inspiring Ingredients certainly gives us the means do so.
With healthy information set out in plain, understandable language with lots of recipes, tips and reasons why, it would be hard not to try at least some of her recommendations. Spark up your vegetables, sizzle your salads with new dressings and drink yourself calm with booster juices, smoothies and herbal teas. Go outside your normal comfort zone and have some fun!

MARGARET RIVER WINE AND FOOD RECIPE BOOK (2 copies)
This slender, stylish little number is produced by the Margaret River Wine Industry Association and is certainly worth more than the asking price.
Member wineries used their undisputed culinary flair and provided a favourite dish matched with one of their wines. The result is a brilliant reflection of the region - eclectic and informal - and provides us with a range of recipes from the traditional to the more modern, all very do-able in the home kitchen. Just make sure you have some superb Margaret River wine on hand to match with your culinary creation!
