Stillwater at Crittendens of Dromana is a stunning venue, set amongst the vines and overlooking manicured lawns and a picturesque lake. Open for lunch daily and dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings, Stillwater is sure to impress even the most discerning of diners.
Owners Zac and Jacqui Poulier visited what was the old cafe in June 2004 and instantly knew they had discovered the ideal venue to launch their first restaurant business- By October of the same year; Stillwater opened its doors for the first time.
With extensive renovations to the cellar door and restaurant and a total makeover, Stillwater quickly became one of the Peninsulas best vineyard restaurants.
The philosophy of food here is evident in the use of top quality ingredients, prepared by renowned chef and owner Zac Poulier. With a focus on free range and local produce as well as interesting items from both Australia and abroad, the menu at Stillwater changes with the availability of season and chefs inspiration.
Views from the dining room and decking overlook the vineyard, lake and beautifully kept lawns and gardens
The extensive wine list showcases Estate grown wines, Crittenden Wines "Geppetto" and "Pinocchio" ranges, as well as wines personally selected by Zac & Jacqui from their research trips to other wine regions in Australia and overseas to both complement and ad diversity to the Crittenden range.
