The Enoteca Vino Bar is committed to raising the awareness of authentic Italian traditional regional food and wines. Vino Bar chefs use products imported from Italy exclusively by Enoteca Sileno as well as fresh local ingredients to create menus that reflect this with an intense purity of flavour.
Menus are seasonal and emphasise “assaggini” - small dishes to select from that can be shared. These embrace the strong, individual flavours of the Italian regions and are supplemented by a full menu of entrees, pastas, risotti, mains, side dishes and desserts.
Over 400 wines are available in the Vino Bar. Wines by the glass are changed frequently, giving you the opportunity to try across the depth and breadth of our range. Vinarius, the international certifying body, has officially recognised our Enoteca and Vino Bar as an Enoteca – the only one in Australia!
Enoteca Vino Bar also offers a range of distinctive function rooms that will bring the essence of Italian style to your next event. Everything from christenings to birthdays to fine wine dinners can be catd.
