Heidi Farm wins gold in the cheese Olympics

One of the boutique cheeses from Heidi Farm in North West Tasmania has been crowned the Grand Champion Cheese at the National Dairy Awards in Melbourne. A Swiss cheese judge proclaimed the winner and announced that Australian cheeses are now more than ready to take their place on the world stage.
The field was the biggest ever and almost all were of medal quality. More results will be announced soon.
