The Red Hill Baker at Red Hill on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula, used traditional baking methods for all breads including sourdoughs, turkish, ciabatta and their unique wine bread. The bread is baked on a stone oven floor. All pastries are trans fat free and the gourmet pie fillings are slowly braised and then oven roasted.The tempting range of handmade cakes are produced on premise.
Woodfired pizzas are cooked on Fridays and Saturday nights and for Sunday Lunch. Live jazz is played each Sunday from 1pm to 4pm.
