The Main Ridge Dairy is located on Melbourne's Mornington Peninsula amongst small rural holdings and the regions boutique wineries, eateries and farm produce outlets. The Dairy lies on a natural bush ridge line and has a north easterly aspect over the adjacent goat paddocks and farm dam. The facility serves as both a 'factory' for the production of handmade farmhouse goats cheese and a retail sales outlet for the cheese and other local produce.
