Green Olive at Red Hill is located on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria. Spread across 27 acres, Green Olive has 500 olive trees with the five varieties Leccino, Picual, Kalamata, Frantoio and Manzanilla as well as pinot vines, chooks, Wiltshire sheep and two gorgeous kelpies Inca & Rasa.
Green Olive at Red Hill is a sustainable biological farm aiming to recycle all organic matter created from the vines, olives, herbs, vegetables, chooks and sheep into nutrients for the soils (soil food web).
Using this method they aim to produce superior grapes, olives, vegetables, herbs, organic lambs & free range eggs to create a culinary delight for tourists to taste, enjoy and purchase.
The farm gate is open most days January and other times by appointment.
