As summer peaks in Adelaide, restaurateurs and hoteliers along The Parade, Norwood, make the finishing touches to their signature dish and choose which premium South Australian wine will best complement its flavours. Bands, DJs and children's entertainers prepare their songlists and practise their performances. Boutique owners and stylists source the latest trends from overseas catwalks and dress their models.
And The Parade, Norwood, comes alive for one indulgent afternoon in the sun from 12noon onwards with an average of 90,000 revellers coming along to enjoy the fantastic combination of food, wine and music that makes Natuzzi The Parade, Food, Wine and Music Festival Adelaide's favourite day food and wine event. They come for the atmosphere, the combination of gourmet food, fine wine, and great musical entertainment in an alfresco setting like no other.
Natuzzi The Parade Food, Wine and Music Festival is the flagship event of the City of Norwood Payneham and St Peters' annual events calendar. Firmly entrenched in the social and cultural fabric of South Australia, it is widely regarded as Adelaide's premier one day food and wine event!
The 2012 Festival will again feature the best of The Parade's fine dining restaurateurs and hoteliers who relished the opportunity to present (between them) more than 50 gourmet dishes complemented by a winelist that offersed close to 100 wines.
