Greekalicious' Maria Benardis, and Georges Mediterranean Bar and Grill team up to take food lovers on a gastronomic journey of indulgence across Greece and the Greek Isles to celebrate the launch of Maria's first book My Greek Family Table. The book is a beautiful hardcover revealing Maria's favourite dishes and the personal and historical stories behind each.
Matching Greek wines for every dish will treat tastebuds to the most sensuous Greek experience; with Maria's lively storytelling stepping guests through the history and culture of Greek cuisine; as it has never been told before.
Dishes to be showcased include: Watermelon, Kalamata Olives and Feta Salad; selection of Greek Dips; Mastic-infused Kataifi Prawns; Ouzo-spiked Oysters; Chicken with Herbed Feta Crust and Baked Potatoes; Loukoumades and more.
