Joined by their friends and colleagues of Eldridge Estate and Paradigm Hill, Paringa Estate will be showcasing some of the finest wines from all 3 vineyards matched to a 6 course degustation menu designed by Paringa's new Head Chef, Shane Smith.
The dinner will begin at 7pm and costs $165 per person. Places are limited to 40 guests.
For the truly passionate wine aficionado and available for 20 guests only, a structured tasting will be held prior to dinner at Paradigm Hill looking at 3 pairs of terroir wines.
The structured tasting will begin strictly at 5:30pm and is only available for guests attending the winemakers dinner.
