The Royal Exhibition Building in Carlton will once again play host to Melbourne’s Premier Restaurant Festival, Taste of Melbourne, taking place this Thursday 15 - Sunday 18 September 2011.
Taste of Melbourne is a stunning celebration of the best cuisine that the city and the surrounding region has to offer. Over four days, a selection of the city's finest restaurants will offer their exquisite signature dishes in a festival atmosphere for you to sample and enjoy.
Rub shoulders with award winning chefs and like minded foodies as you explore the best food and drink that Melbourne has to offer. Expect to be entertained and indulged in the Taste Wine Experience, or James Squire Beer Masterclass, learn gourmet tips in the Taste Kitchen, or meet one of Australia's most renowned chefs at the Chef's Table.
Taste of Melbourne is the perfect recipe for gourmet glamour, entertaining and inspiration, bringing together the city’s finest restaurants and an exceptional line up of premium food and drink producers for an unforgettable foodie experience all under one roof.
Over 4 days, visitors will be able to create their ultimate degustation menu from a selection of Melbourne's finest restaurants while they sip, sample and graze their way through the festival. Take part in wine tastings and tutorials, learn from the experts in one of the many cooking demonstrations or enjoy a glass of wine with your favourite chef. Save the date, invite your friends and book early to enjoy Melbourne’s Ultimate Tasting Menu.

VIP Ticket $100.00* (includes event entry, $30 worth of Crowns + entry into the VIP lounge + 3 complimentary drinks in the VIP lounge)
Children Aged 6-17: $15.00* (entry only, 5 and under enter for free)
