The mature, picturesque valley vineyard provides outstanding Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs, and clonal and technical experimentation ensure a quality focus. Gamay, the succulent grape of France's famous red Beaujolais performs well here, a unique companion to Mornington Peninsula cuisine, especially when the weather warms up. Jancis Robinson classified the Pinot as one of 6 Australian Pinots that have Burgundian style. She loved the balance and succulent juicy fruit of the 2006 Pinot.

At just three hectares, but with some of the oldest vines in the district, the winery is in one of the coolest elevated sub-regions of the Mornington Peninsula.
The single-vineyard wines are available from cellar door, online, mailing list and in selected fine restaurants Australia-wide.
