Situated in Mt Martha on the Mornington Peninsula, Boardwalk Bed and Breakfast has two cottages on six acres, on the side of a hill. The cottages are attic styled with cathedral ceilings and have ceiling fans and also reverse cycle air conditioners. Each unit has a queen-sized bed, and a double bed in a separate bedroom. There is a spa in the bathroom, kitchen and dining facilities and a barbecue.
The views from the deck are lovely, overlooking a vineyard and also the Balcombe Creek. At the front of the block is the Balcombe Boardwalk which is a half hour walk to the beach and Mount Martha.
